CariPromos Live Official Rules

These rules govern the CariPromos Live promotion at caripromos.com/live.

1. Who Can Participate & Win

  • Eligibility: Anyone can play. Only a business operating in Trinidad and Tobago can win and claim a prize, through an authorized representative aged 18 or over with a CariPromos account.

2. How the Game Works

CariPromos Live is an interactive three-round game show:

  1. Round 1 – Countdown Drop: Stop the clock on zero across three drops.
  2. Round 2 – Scratch Match: Memorize the card, then scratch the three matching crowns.
  3. Round 3 – Prize Draw: Keep your eye on the gold ticket through three shuffle rounds.

Qualifying for the Big Wheel: Players must achieve a combined score of at least 1,500 points across the three rounds to unlock the Big Wheel. Players who do not reach the 1,500-point target complete their run without spinning the wheel.

3. The Big Wheel & Guaranteed Prizes

Everyone who qualifies and spins the Big Wheel wins a prize. There are no empty wedges, "try again", or losing outcomes on the wheel.

4. How Prizes Are Drawn

Prizes are determined by server-side winning moments, the verified industry standard for instant-win promotions:

  1. Before launch, random winning moments are generated throughout the campaign window for every stocked top-tier prize (Custom Package, Pro Package, and Growth Package).
  2. The first player to spin the Big Wheel at or after an active winning moment wins that moment's prize.
  3. A spin with no top-tier winning moment active automatically wins 50% Off the Growth Package.

The server securely determines the prize before the wheel animation starts. Adjusting the browser page changes the display, never the prize drawn.

5. Claiming a Prize

  • 48-Hour Hold: A won prize is held for 48 hours. Claim it by signing up or logging into your CariPromos account and entering your business name, WhatsApp number, and town. An unclaimed prize expires after 48 hours and its winning moment is reissued within 24 hours.
  • One Claim per Account: Each browser can reveal one prize, and each account can claim one prize for the promotion.
  • Prize Upgrades & Stacking: An account holds at most one unused package prize and one Custom Package. A higher-tier package prize replaces a lower-tier unused one (50% Off Growth < Growth Package < Pro Package).
  • Verification: Pro Packages and Custom Packages undergo administrative review before activation. We confirm that the business is an authentic Trinidad and Tobago operation and review the run history (usually completed within one business day). A refused prize is returned to the pool and reissued.

6. Redeeming Your Prize (Checkout Process)

When you are ready to use your prize to launch a promotion at caripromos.com/promos/create, the redemption process operates as follows:

  • Full Growth Package & Full Pro Package (100% Free): Winners bypass the payment checkout entirely. The system automatically applies a 100% discount, confirms the order immediately in the background, and activates your promo directly in your portal dashboard.
  • 50% Off Growth Package: The discounted package is added to a secure checkout cart. You proceed through /shop/checkout to pay the remaining 50% balance (TT$174.50) before your promotion is published.
  • Custom Package: Custom builds do not use the online cart checkout. Winners must book their discovery call within 30 days of approval; the CariPromos team scopes, builds, and launches the custom campaign directly.
  • Validity: Package prizes must be redeemed within 90 days of CariPromos Live closing. Prizes have no cash surrender value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

7. Provable Fairness & Cryptographic Audit

To guarantee that prize distribution is tamper-proof and mathematically fair, the complete schedule of winning moments is generated and locked before launch using an immutable SHA-256 cryptographic digest. This cryptographic verification ensures that prize drop times and outcomes are strictly pre-determined and cannot be altered, intercepted, or manipulated during the campaign.
